Fourth of July Weekend Fun for Boston Kids: Fireworks, Harborfest, and Big Bounce
Break out the flags and fireworks: It's the Fourth of July! Definitely one of the best holidays for Boston kids to enjoy, Independence Day and national pride are celebrated not just this Thursday, but all weekend long. Harborfest kicks off its week of activities, Big Bounce bounds into Boston (say that three times fast), and this popular summer block party has been extended from one to two days of partying. There's music in the Navy Yard, movies by moonlight, and a very blue drum-off. Kids can get their science on or set sail for Spectacle Island. How about a little dabble, doodle, dancing?
Whatever your family chooses to do, we here at Mommy Poppins wish you a fantastic and fun Fourth of July with your families!
