Weekend Fun for Boston Kids, July 30-31: Harry Potter Parties and FIGMENT Boston

My kids and I are still mid-stream in the original Harry Potter series, but those of you who are ready for the next story won't want to miss the slew of events going on this weekend to celebrate the release of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. With everything from a magical party to an outdoor movie showing to a midnight release celebration, there's something for every fan out there.

Summer festivals continue this weekend with free opportunities to explore the arts (pictured), catch some jazz or folk music, or celebrate all things Puerto Rican. Finally, a free duathlon just for kids is the perfect way to get school-aged kids moving.
