Run Wild with Zoo New England's First Virtual 5K Series
- see all dates
On your mark, get set ... Run Wild! Zoo New England hosts its first virtual Run Wild 5k Series. The first of the virtual 5K events is held in April, and registrants are invited to join the pack and set out for a run, walk, or stroll on a route of their choosing any time during the month.
The first 100 registrants for this event receive a custom Run Wild face mask. Registrants can also customize their downloadable race bib and take a photo with their finisher certificate to share on social media using the hashtag #ZNERunWild.
The registration fee from this event supports the continued growth and operation of Zoo New England, and its mission to protect and preserve the incredible biodiversity on this planet.
Runners are also invited to go the extra mile and become a Champion for the Zoo with a personalized fundraising page to continue raising important funds for the Zoo. Champions receive a one-year individual membership to Zoo New England’s young professionals group, The Wild Things, and the top three fundraisers will win a behind-the-scenes tour.
