CANCELED: Maple Days at Old Sturbridge Village
Old Sturbridge Village is highlighting the history of New England's maple industry with costumed historians demonstrating the maple sugaring process of the early 19th-century at a working sugar camp demonstrating Native American techniques for harvesting sap and more.
The historians also cook period foods made with maple products by the hearth at the Village's Freeman Farm.
Special Maple Days packages are also available for families and couples, including a stay at the Old Sturbridge Inn and Reeder Family Lodges at the Village.
The event runs 9:30am-4pm.
