Wreath-Making Workshop
Celebrate the start of the holiday season by creating a beautiful and unique wreath to take home.
Start with a balsam wreath base and add evergreen cuttings, cones, and other natural elements. Finish your creation with your choice of ornaments and ribbon.
This workshop is for beginners and is suitable for an adult and child pair to work together. During the workshop, participants can learn about evergreens and their adaptations to winter. After that introduction, dive into color theory and wreath design. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll have plenty of photos for inspiration. Please bring a pair of clippers to use, if you have them. The fee for this program covers materials for one wreath and includes admission to the museum for two people.
