In this class, kids assemble a homemade soup mix using lentils, barley, pasta, and seasonings with instructions to finish at home before making a Margherita sandwich with mozzarella and tomatoes and enjoying some instructor-prepared minestrone soup.

Sweet trifle for dessert will be made along with whipped cream.

Hands-on class for a parent & child. Registration is required.
