Explore the Japanese art of Kokedama and take home a houseplant. This creative botanical planting technique grows a plant in a ball of soil covered in moss. Together the group will explore the basics of plant care using the conservatory plants as inspiration.

Each child participant will create their own hanging Kokedama ball complete with an easy to care for houseplant. They can get creative and bring these plantings to life by adding googly eyes, pipe cleaner arms and legs, and more.  

Please note: This class is for kids with or without their adult companions.
