The New Bedford Whaling Museum is hosting the 27th annual readathon of Moby Dick. Little Whalers will enjoy a story time and scavenger hunt on Saturday morning at 10am.

Head over to the New Bedford Free Public Library Science Classroom (Main Level) for the children's version of the novel followed by a scavenger hunt for hidden whales throughout the museum. There will be plenty of yummy snacks to be had and prizes to be won.

Note: The rest of the event is geared towards adults/older children who will enjoy the classic novel. The dinner and lecture on Friday night are $65-$75 per person. All events on Saturday and Sunday are free to the public.
