Kids Storytime: Asian American Children's Authors
Gather the little ones for storytime featuring Asian American children's authors.
The first virtual storytime of May features Thank You Neighbor with guest author Ruth Chan along with an arts and crafts activity. The story follows a girl and her dog on their daily walk as they greet the people in their neighborhood
On May 24, the selected story is Playing at the Border: A Story of Yo-Yo Ma by Joanna Ho.
Each month the Chinese American Museum, along with partners at the LAPL Chinatown Branch, hosts 1-2 virtual story time programs.
These books are suited for children 4-8 years old, children of all ages are welcome with parental supervision.
