Looking for the best things to do in New York City this weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list.
It's the last weekend in September, and we're focusing in Climate Week, with kid-friendly, consciousness-raising fun in Battery Park City and on Governors Island. The Nightmare Before Christmas Trail lights up the New York Botanical Garden, the Little Red Lighthouse Fest shines a beacon in Washington Heights, and the Brooklyn Book Festival is just plain lit. Plus, don't miss Atlantic Antic's Playtopia powered by Prospect Schools with help from Mommy Poppins and our friends at Brooklyn Bridge Parents!
