Flex Dance originated in Brooklyn in the 1990s and is a style of street dance that is characterized by rhythmic movement and distinguished by its contortionist body movements, and its “no-rules”, narrative-focused, storytelling capabilities. Join Flex Dance and Brooklyn Children’s Museum for a day of movement, music, and a full flex experience.
