NY State of Mind (NYSoM) & East Harlem Tutorial Program host a holiday fest with Papa Kwanzaa, Santa Clause, the Dreidelator and Lady New Year. A gift giveaway promises toys/books for kids and gifts for adults on a first come, first served basis.

Plus: A winter village with appearances by Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, and Hanukkah/Christmas/Kwanzaa/New Year activities.
