Families can enjoy free Valentine's fun on Third Street Promenade. Little ones get a special story time with Ruby from the Emmy-winning series Ruby's Studio, music from Mista Cookie Jar, and music and movement with Karen Seva.
There will also be crafting for the kids. The event is free, attendees may register if they wish. Activities are on Third Street Promenade near Wilshire Blvd.
