Kids can trick or treat around the Kennedy Plaza in Long Beach.

Arts In The Plaza presents Halloween In Kennedy Plaza! Come in costume and have a blast at the annual Halloween Bash! There will be a costume parade at 11am. Kids can Trick or Treat around the plaza all day, participate in a hula hoop contest, enjoy a DJ, music and dancing! There will also be a free kids arts and craft station.
