Join IAIS Staff along with primitive technologists Jeff and Judy Kalin for an afternoon celebrating the gift of Maple Sugar. The Kalins will demonstrate the technique of collecting sap and boiling it down into syrup as they discuss its importance to Native American culture.

Enjoy pancakes made by the IAIS staff, local maple syrup, coffee and orange juice and learn how local Native Americans traditionally made maple syrup.
