The Broadway Experience

The Broadway Experience is about to celebrate their fifth year and is thrilled to announce their audition tour/masterclass series 2012. Students will have the opportunity to take part in a unique dance & song masterclass led by Broadway artists followed by an audition for 2012 enrollment. Students will need to pre-register and any student between the ages of 11 and 19 may apply. All students will be required to dance and sing in both the masterclass and audition and should come with sheet music from a Broadway show and be prepared to sing 32-64 bars for their vocal audition. There will even be a chance to win two tickets and a backstage tour to Mary Poppins on Broadway!

To register please send an email to tbenyc@mac.com to request an application form or call 917-664-4783. The cost to take part is $50 which includes the $25 TBE application fee. If you can not attend a live audition you may submit a DVD or email a URL link to an online video as part of your application. Please see the website for full requirements, www.tbenyc.com and click on AUDITION. The Broadway Experience is an international musical theatre program designed to create triple threat performers. Now running both a three day winter intensive and a two week summer program, students will undergo an intense study of dance, voice, and acting along with a major performance opportunity with current Broadway professionals and incredible master teachers.
