Make a splash and have a ball at Asphalt Green’s annual Big Kick and Big Swim, returning for the first time since 2019! Outdoor athletes compete in a variety of soccer activities on a big field on Friday evening, and swimmers get to dive off the blocks into Asphalt Green’s Olympic-sized pool and race to the finish on Saturday.

Big Kick: Friday, April 28, 5pm-8pm
Kids can participate in an outdoor soccer festival under the lights on Litwin Field. Participants receive a drawstring bag — perfect for toting your soccer ball to the field! Registration is not required.

Big Swim: Saturday, April 29,11am-2pm
Experience the thrill of swimming in AG's Olympic pool! Participants swim 25 yards and receive a medal to commemorate their achievement. Registration is required.

​Important information for participants:

• All children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian, or they will not be allowed to participate.
• Big Swim Big Kick is rain or shine. In the event of rain, soccer activities may be modified. Soccer events will be held on Asphalt Green's athletic field, supervised by Asphalt Green staff members and volunteers. Doors open at 5pm.
• Soccer athletes must come dressed in athletic clothes and sneakers.
• Swim meet starts at 11am. Check-in for ages 9-11 starts at 10am, check-in for ages 6-8 opens at 12:15pm.
• Parents/guardians are not permitted on the pool deck or locker room. Only one spectator per child will be permitted in the stands. Additional spectators can watch the swim meet on YouTube, where it will be broadcast live.
• The swim meet requires registration. The soccer festival is rolling entry beginning at 5pm.
• Swimmers must be between the ages of 6 and 11 and cannot be a member of a competitive swim team.
