Being born, raised and starting my own family here, I have always had a love/hate relationship with Willie B. Back in the days if someone asked "where in Brooklyn do you live?" and you said Williamsburg - they'd look at you and say they never heard of it. Now that's completely changed. I packed up my family and moved to the burbs of PA for 7 yrs & now I'm back! I feel safer & happier than I did in the burbs :-D The kiddies are loving hanging out in mommies ol' hangouts & the city life in general.

Besides wishing that they'd just stop building... my greatest wish is that the rumors of McCarren Pool be true & that the City hurry up & fix the BEST pool in NYC!!! Let's hope that someday soon you'll be able to add it to your "Best Pools in NYC" list !
